Elena Durvine
Started her career as a professionally trained chef, Elena long felt a close connection to her health. She developed a growing relationship with the elements - food, drinks, thoughts, movements - that her body consumes. Her happiness is in helping others push their limits both physically and mentally. Elena received extensive instructor training in India as well as Indonesia.
Little known fact - she’s an avid hiker and has hiked six US national parks!
Daniel V. Tran
Graduated as a developmental and cell biologist from the University of California, Irvine, Daniel’s interest in the health sciences follows him to an even more hands-on approach as shares his knowledge in yoga and meditation. With 200 hours of certified yoga instructor training, Daniel offer’s private, group classes, and online instruction.
Side note - he also bakes croissants from scratch!
